倫敦地區-由我們的倫敦配送團隊送貨

22:00前下單,我們爲您提供次日送達服務(不包括周日及法定假日)。

我們也提供指定日期送貨服務(不包括周日及法定假日)。您可以在下單前將指定的送貨日期備注在您的訂單中。

請注意,根據交通狀況,我們有可能變更送貨時間。在周末,倫敦市中心或大型場館舉辦大型活動的時間,配送時間有可能會延誤1-2小時。
非倫敦地區-由第三方快遞UPS送貨

訂單配送時我將不在家。我應該怎麽辦?
倫敦地區的配送
收到您的訂單後,我們會通過短信給您發送一個訂單配送時間,該時間為一個三小時的時間段。如果該時間段不適合您,您需要更改配送時間,請于我們指定的送貨日期當日的10:00前聯係我們的客服團隊。
如有以下情況,我們將額外收取 £3.99鎊的配送費:

配送期間收貨地址無人收貨,或無人接聼電話,或電話無法接通,導致二次配送或取消訂單;

司機到達後等待時間超過5分鐘;

在指定送貨日期當天10:00以後更改送貨時間和日期;

在指定送貨日期當天10:00以後取消訂單;

由於收貨人個人原因導致配送不成功,需要二次配送;

由於收貨人個人原因導致配送不成功,需要取消訂單。
非倫敦地區的配送
如果您認爲您將錯過包裹配送的時間,您可以變更收貨地址,將包裹投遞到鄰居處或請配送員將包裹放置在您認爲安全的地方。如需對包裹配送進行變更,請聯係我們的第三方快遞UPS。
How much does delivery cost?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Greater London - delivered by our London Delivery Team

We offer Next Day Delivery for all orders placed before 22:00, excluding Sunday and Bank Holidays.

We also offer Nominated Day shipping option, excluding Sunday and Bank Holidays. Please leave us with a date that suits you at Checkout.

Please note that we may change the delivery time due to traffic conditions. During weekends, central London event day(s) and/or Wembley Stadium event day(s), your delivery may be delayed by 1 to 2 hours.
Outside Greater London - delivered by third-party courier UPS

All orders placed before 22:00 will be dispatched on the next day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. The standard delivery time is between 1 to 3 working days after the date of dispatch.

Please note that by placing an order with a delivery address outside Greater London, you agree to the conditions of carriage of our delivery partner. Please refer to their website for full details.

In certain circumstances, our delivery partner may offer alternative delivery options, including the following options: signature release – opting out of the requirement to provide a signature on delivery; and/or leave with neighbour – redirecting the delivery to a neighbour (‘On Demand Delivery Service’). By selecting to receive your order via one of these options the On Demand Delivery Service, you acknowledge and agree that we are neither responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may result from this service.
I won’t be in to receive my parcel. What do I do?
Delivery within Greater London
We will send you a text message with a three-hour time slot after we received your order. If you believe that the time slot does not suits you and that you want to change your delivery day, please contact our Customer Service Team by 10:00 on the designated delivery day.
In the following circumstances, we will charge an extra delivery fee of £3.99:

no one is in the delivery address and/or no one answers our driver’s call which cause(s) a missed delivery and a second delivery is required or the customer requests to cancel the order;
-
the waiting time for our driver is more than 5 minutes;
-
the delivery day and/or time slot are/is changed after 10:00 on the designated delivery day;
-
the order is cancelled after 10:00 on the designated delivery day;
-
delivery is missed due to the customer’s personal reasons and a second delivery is required;
-
delivery is missed due to the customer’s personal reasons and the customer requests to cancel the order.
Delivery outside Greater London
If you believe that you will miss your parcel, you can redirect it to another shipping address, or have it left with a neighbour or in a safe place. To make changes to your delivery, you can contact our third-party courier UPS.
