老王致力於為您提供最優質的服務，如果您收到了錯誤，過期或損壞的商品，或存在商品漏送的情況，請在第一時間聯係我們的客服團隊，我們承諾爲您無條件退換。
如果您在老王生鲜的訂單中存在商品缺貨的情況，我們將在配送前電話或郵件通知您，并告知您退款方式或其他換貨的選擇。
在收貨後，如果您發現商品有誤，我們可以在3個工作日内爲您上門更換，或者在您的下一個訂單配送時爲您更換。
在收貨後，如果您發現商品過期或損壞，請勿拆開包裝！請在第一時間聯係我們的客服團隊，并將過期或損壞的產品拍照發給我們。我們可以在3個工作日内爲您上門更換，或者在您的下一個訂單配送時爲您更換，或者爲您提供一個不低於該商品金額的代金卷供您下次購物時使用。
在收貨後，如果您發現有漏送的商品，我們將在3個工作日内退款，或者爲您提供一個不低於該商品金額的代金卷供您下次購物時使用。
*請注意，老王每天嚴格核查所有產品的保質期，臨近過期的產品均在銷售頁面標注其過期日期。標注特價銷售的臨近過期的產品一經售出，無法退換。
*請注意，需要退換貨的產品應保持其原有的包裝，包裝已經拆開或已經使用過的產品，無法退換。
*請注意，老王銷售的所有產品均無假貨，所有非英國生產的產品均爲原裝進口的原廠正品，任何以產品為非正品提出的退換貨請求，老王將不予受理并保留追究其法律責任的權利。
Uncle Wang is committed to providing you with the best quality service. If you receive a wrong, expired or damaged product, or if any product you ordered is missing, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We promise to return and/or exchange it for you unconditionally.
If any of the products in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery and inform you of the refund method or other exchange options.
After receiving the order, if you find that any product is wrongly delivered, we can replace it for you within 3 working days, or replace it for you when your next order is delivered.
After receiving the order, if you find that the any product is expired or damaged, please do not open the package! Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and send us photos of the expired or damaged product(s). We can replace it for you within 3 working days, or replace it for you when your next order is delivered, or provide you with a voucher which is no less than the price of the expired or damaged product(s) for your next order.
After receiving the order, if you find any product is missing, we will process the refund within 3 working days, or provide you with a voucher which is no less than the price of the missing product(s) for your next order.
*Please note: we strictly check the expiry date of all products every day. Products that are close to expiry are marked with their expiry date on the sales page. Products that are nearing expiration with the Special Sale mark cannot be returned once they are sold.
*Please note: products should be returned or exchanged in their original condition and packaging; products that have been unpacked and/or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Please note: all products sold by Uncle Wang are genuine, and all products that are not produced in the UK are imported from the original producer. Any request for return and exchange based on non-genuine products will not be accepted. Uncle Wang reserves the right to enforce any and/or all legal remedies to us.
